Refund & Return Policy – Roovetstore
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Roovetstore. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Unworn and unwashed

In original condition with no stains, tears, or odors

All original tags must still be attached

In the original packaging (if applicable)
The following items are not eligible for return:

Items damaged due to wear, washing, or misuse

Items returned without original tags

Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at:

In your email, please include:

Your order number

The name of the item you wish to return

The reason for your return
We will respond within 1 to 2 business days with instructions on where to send your return.
4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

Items returned with visible signs of use or minor damage not caused by us

Items returned without original packaging or tags

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery (if approved at our discretion)
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at roovetstore@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include photos of the damage or defect along with your order number. We will arrange a return and send you a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund including shipping charges.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
Roovetstore is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
We will assist you by providing any necessary shipping documentation, but we cannot issue refunds for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
10. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend your order.
11. Non-Returnable Items (Additional)
For hygiene reasons, certain items may be marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase. These items will be clearly labeled on the product page.
12. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 7 business days from the date we approved it, please check the following:

Contact your bank or credit card company – refunds may take additional time to appear.

Contact your payment provider (PayPal, etc.).

13. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been processed for shipping. To request a cancellation, please email us immediately with your order number.
If your order has already been shipped, you must follow the standard return process.
