1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and another email when your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 5 to 10 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2 to 4 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:

Total weight of your order

You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase. There are no hidden fees.

4. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 states, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

For standard shipping within the continental United States, delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may require additional time.

5. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note the following for international orders:

Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Roovetstore is not responsible for any additional charges applied by your country's customs office.

Please check with your local customs office for information on potential fees before placing your order.

We are unable to provide estimated delivery times for international orders once they have left the United States.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.

You can track your order at any time by using the tracking number on the carrier's official website.

If you did not receive a tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder. If it is still missing, contact us at roovetstore@outlook.com with your order number.

7. Shipping Carriers

We work with reliable carriers including USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. The carrier used for your order may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing your purchase. Roovetstore is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. An additional shipping fee will apply.

9. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows no updates for more than 7 business days, please contact the carrier directly. If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, contact us at roovetstore@outlook.com and we will assist you.

Roovetstore is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

10. Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, your order may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package.

11. Customs and Import Fees (International Orders)

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs inspection and import fees. These fees are not included in the price you paid at checkout.

Customs fees are determined by the destination country.

Roovetstore does not have control over these fees and cannot predict the amount.

Refunds will not be issued for packages refused due to unexpected customs fees.

12. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to the following locations at this time:

Certain countries restricted by US export laws

Freight forwarding addresses (we reserve the right to cancel such orders)
